The staff at the reception, gym, and bike rental were very welcoming and helpful during our Easter stay. The rooms were well serviced and easy to access with the wristbands. We also enjoyed the quiet areas on the grounds where we could relax away from the crowds.

The kitchen in our apartment lacked some basic equipment, such as knives, making it difficult to cut and prepare food. , there were too many families with children around, which made it challenging for us to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

We were able to relax and enjoy our stay with the convenience of laundry services and an airport shuttle. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious welcome drink and the staff was extremely helpful in arranging tours and tickets for us. The rooms were impeccable, equipped with heating, air conditioning, and a terrace with comfortable garden furniture. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the convenience of an electric kettle in the room. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area providing a variety of delicious options. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable, with their exceptional service and attention to detail. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with a spa & wellness center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. We were able to unwind and indulge in massages, beauty treatments, and even a Turkish bath. The entertainment options were fantastic, with live shows and activities for all ages. We especially loved the aqua park and the sun loungers in the garden area. our experience at this hotel was incredible and we highly recommend it for a truly luxurious and relaxing getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised by the well-serviced rooms and the thoughtfully designed layout. the resort provided an array of facilities, including cycle hire, which we recommend exploring the location with, with quieter areas for solo travellers to enjoy. the location is easily accessible with a short trip to a well-connected airport.

The receptionist and staff at the gym and bike rental were accommodating and friendly. the location is perfect since it's close to the airport, and there were a lot of zones for families. the swimming pool areas were of great quality, too.
